Missy's Miracles was founded by Missy Glover, who started her journey because of one squirrel and has blossomed into a large, all-volunteer-based, 501(c)(3) non-profit wildlife rescue. Who saw the need for a dedicated wildlife rescue in the local area. Since then, we have grown into a thriving organization that has rescued and rehabilitated thousands of animals in need.

    Missy’s Miracles is a licensed 501(c)(3) non-profit wildlife rehabilitation center, located in Crystal River Fl. We rehabilitate orphaned, sick, injured and displaced native Florida wildlife. Our goal is to educate the public on how to live with our local wildlife. By sharing each animals story, we showcase their recovery progress, which allows the community to watch each animals journey and then to witness their second chance at life. Together, wildlife and people, can live together, while keeping each other safe. 

    The duration of rehabilitation depends on the condition of the animal and its species. Some animals may require only a few weeks, while others may require months of care.

    Yes, we offer educational programs for schools, community groups, and individuals to learn about wildlife conservation and the importance of protecting our environment.

Because of our commitment to respect the rights and needs of wildlife, the main facilities and grounds are not open to the public except to receive animals in need.

    We are always working 42/7 but I do require sleep 😎 After dark I don’t send out volunteers 🌙. Missy and her amazing team have limited time off ⏰, but I'll get back to you as soon as I can 💪. Her wonderful volunteers don't get many days off 📅🛠️..
